La Luz del Alma Registration

If you desire to enroll, please print out and complete the application (in Adobe .pdf, linked to below), enclosing the minimum fee of $200.00 plus $15.00 binder fee for the 1st semester, 101. Please make payable to Rev. Maggie Duval.

Upon on acceptance of enrollment, a complete list of the books required for the course, as well as the syllabus, will be sent to you with an acceptance letter from La Luz del Alma. (La Luz del Alma has the prerogative of refusing an applicant).

Note: If some of the questions on the application seem too "personal," please understand that they're asked in order to obtain a better understanding of your existing time commitments and limitations in order to decide if you're likely to fully commit to the course.
